DIY Wrinkle Remover Travel Spray
The last thing you want to be doing on your vacation is ironing, but no matter how you pack your suitcase, wrinkles can never be 100% avoided. Luckily, we have a quick, simple and cheap DIY travel spray recipe that works like magic to remove wrinkles and make sure you don’t look like you’re living out of a suitcase on your next vacation.
WRINKLE REMOVER TRAVEL SPRAY RECIPE
What you’ll need:
- A plastic spray bottle
- Peppermint essential oil
- Liquid fabric softener
How to mix it:
The recipe is ¾ water and ¼ liquid fabric softener, so no matter how big your bottle is keep to that ratio.
The essential oil in this travel spray recipe is used to give your clothes a fresh scent, because we all know that out-of-the-suitcase smell is not the greatest. We love to use 1 drop of peppermint essential oil because it boosts energy plus it is a natural bug repellent.
Screw on the cap and give your bottle a little shake to mix the ingredients. It’s that easy, you’re done!
How to use it:
Hang up your outfit and generously spray the wrinkle remover across the entire garment.
If you have an early morning outing planned, we suggest doing this the night before so your outfit has time to dry. Depending on how much you use, it can take about 15 minutes to dry. After your outfit has dried, all wrinkles should be gone and it will be left smelling fresh and clean!
If you plan on putting this travel spray in your carry-on, make sure the bottle you use is under 100 ml!
